The summit will bring together members and knowledge bearers of tribes throughout the Sierra Nevada region, to listen and learn from one another, and engage in conversation around protecting cultural ecologies and the challenges and opportunities facing the people of the Sierra Nevada. Because of the culturally senstitive nature of this event, sponsors must be vetted by the planning circle.
